Chitra Sharma - Sports Achievement

During her time on campus, she led the UPES volleyball team as captain, guiding them to a remarkable victory at Ojas 1.0 - the university’s inaugural sports fest by defeating Shiv Nadar University in a commanding 3-0 straight-set final. This win marked the beginning of the team’s competitive journey and laid the foundation for future success.

At Ojas 2.0, the team emerged as runners-up after an intense five-set final against DAV University, narrowly losing the final set 12-15. Demonstrating continued growth and resilience, the team clinched the title at the DBS Global Fest, securing a straight-set (3-0) victory over Graphic Era University.

Beyond her achievements at the university level, she has proudly represented the sport at the national level five times, underscoring her dedication, skill, and leadership in volleyball.
