Direct Admission through Board Marks & Graduation marks for Undergraduate/Integrated Courses and Postgraduate Programs based on meeting the eligibility criteria.
- All Undergraduate/Integrated Courses:
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th Board Marks.
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th Board Marks.
- B.Tech Program:
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th
- Minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th
- Postgraduate Programs:
Students with a minimum of 60% marks in their graduation will be eligible for direct admission offers.

Disclaimer:
Your Scholarship under the Sports Category shall be subject to a proper verification of all the relevant documents/Certificates provided by you. Minimum academic eligibility for the respective program should be met, as mentioned in the admission prospectus. The participation (National/International ) level should not be more than two years from the date of registration. The scholarship will only be applied if the student continues the sport as part of the UPES team.

Your candidature under the EWS category shall be subject to a proper verification of all the relevant documents you provided. Admission to the EWS category will be given on merit and discretion of UPES Management. Seats in the UPES Campus hostel if available can be provided on any of the campuses subject to availability Therefore, the mere submission of an application under this category shall not entitle you to admission in the University.” In case the candidate wishes to withdraw his / her candidature on account of not found eligible / not allotted seat under the EWS category in such cases any loss of seat/fees/opportunity within UPES or elsewhere will be the sole responsibility of the candidate and UPES will not be held responsible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (Class X & XII).
- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation with LL.B. Degree or equivalent.
Selection Process:
- LSAT (AY-2024) Cut Off: 60 Percentile followed by SOP.
- CLAT PG Cut Off: Minimum Score 70 in CLAT PG (2024) followed by SOP (Statement Of Purpose)
*Will be exempted from the UPES entrance exam (ULSAT-LLM)
- JEE Mains Cut-Off: Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII & 50% PCM aggregate along with Minimum 50 percentile in JEE Mains.
- Board Merit: Minimum 80% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level and Minimum 80% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Math’s) at Senior Secondary Level.
- Board Merit: Minimum 75% marks in class X and XII (Any Stream)
- CLAT: AIR (General) ranking up to 15000 (Min. 50% marks in 10th & 12th)
- L-SAT: 60 Percentile or above (Min. 50% marks in 10th & 12th)
- Board Merit: Minimum 75% in 10th and 12th with five main subjects Including English as a compulsory subject.
- JEE Main: Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Math’s, and English as a Major Subject in XII, 50 percentile or above in JEE Main 2024.
- Board Merit: Minimum 75% Marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level.
- Neet (AY 2024): 50 percentile cut-off
