Chinta Jayanth Srinivas - Achievement

The project work (UPES/R&D/SHODH/202313) was funded by the “SHODH” scheme by UPES which is especially for undergraduate students. He investigated the physicochemical properties of dried purple passion fruit peel and incorporated it to develop value-added functional food.
