Dr. Bhawna Yadav Lamba

Dr. Bhawna Yadav Lamba, a distinguished researcher at UPES, specializes in biofuels and waste management. Her groundbreaking work focuses on converting municipal and medical waste into alternative fuels, such as plasto-oil. Currently, she leads a project on microalgae-mediated wastewater reclamation for bio-oil and biogas production, which has secured funding of ₹73,01,360. Her innovative research contributes significantly to environmental sustainability by developing waste-to-energy solutions in alignment with the Swachh Bharat Mission.
