Examination Pathway:
Examination Pathway admissions through ULSAT (UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test)
The student need to meet the eligibility of minimum 50% marks in class X and XII.
Non-Examination Pathway:
CLAT Merit / L-SAT India Merit
Board Merit - Candidates with 80% marks in the 10th and 12th main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory subjects) are exempted from ULSAT.
Up to 20% of seats shall be filled through the Board Merit/ CLAT AIR/ L-SAT India Category. In case, any seat remaining vacant UPES has the right to fill such seats through ULSAT.

It is an undergraduate academic degree for graduates who have completed their legal education and training in the field of law. If you want to pursue your career in law right after completing your school education, then you can opt for BA LL.B./ B.Com. LL.B./ BBA LL.B. It is a 5-years integrated degree that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of both humanities subjects offered in the BA/ B.Com./ BBA program and the legal principles and practices covered in the LL.B. program.
After completing the 5-years LL.B. (Hons.) program in India, graduates can pursue a variety of employment choices. To be eligible for admission to BA LL.B. (Hons.), BBA LL.B.(Hons.), B.Com. LL.B.(Hons.), candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in class Xth and XIIth.
For admission in LL.B. programs, the candidates need to score relevant marks in UPES’s School of Law entrance exam ULSAT. Candidates can also have a relevant score in CLAT /LSAT-India.
For the admission process, candidates have to submit their Aadhaar card number and PAN card number (including their parents’ PAN number) along with their original academic records.

The program will begin with the commencement of PEP (Personality Enhancement program) for students to develop a positive outlook and gain several skills necessary for their time at the university. The university will also assist the students in grabbing the best internship opportunities. The students will also be offered pre-placement boot camp for the students for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) training for their upcoming placements.

Yes, hostel facility is provided by the University. Residential blocks have been earmarked for limited on-campus accommodation (on first come, first serve basis), separately for boys and girls on triple sharing basis. Students wishing to avail hostel facility (on-campus) will need to deposit fee in advance.
