Vipin Chauhan

Vipin Chauhan is a dedicated educator and trainer with over six years of experience spanning both corporate and academic sectors. Specializing in communication, employability, and leadership development, he has successfully designed and implemented numerous training programs across diverse organizations and institutions. He is UGC NET (English) and GATE (English) with an AIR of 109, and holds TEFL/TESOL certification from TESOL Canada, enhancing his effectiveness in teaching English as a second language. His expertise covers British and Commonwealth literature, Literary theory and cultural studies and soft skills training, making him a versatile professional committed to enhancing student and trainee engagement through interactive, student-focused methodologies. A certified NLP and EFT/TFT practitioner, he leverages neurolinguistic techniques to foster personal growth and emotional intelligence. Vipin has a proven track record in curriculum development, leadership, and innovative training practices, committed to preparing individuals for success in today’s competitive landscape.

Vipin Chauhan has over 6 years of work experience in corporate and academic organizations and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Liberal Studies and Media, UPES, Dehradun. He has trained employees of companies like Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Paytm, Max Life Insurance, Flipkart to name a few. He currently also serves as a mentor for the Young Entrepreneurship Program by Tata STRIVE. 

Vipin Chauhan’s research interests include exploring innovative teaching methods, such as integrating neurolinguistic programming into language learning and employability skills. His research often focuses on the sociocultural dimensions of language, particularly in bilingual contexts involving Hindi and Hinglish. He is passionate about studying emotional and cognitive development in digital world through traditional practices like yoga. His work also addresses the role of professional training in enhancing student learning outcomes.

Vipin Chauhan’s teaching philosophy centers on a student-focused approach that encourages active learning and real-world application. He integrates methodologies with contemporary pedagogical practices, aiming to cultivate attitude and aptitude and skills. Vipin believes in adapting his teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of his students, promoting a supportive and engaging classroom environment. Vipin Chauhan has led multiple initiatives in the span of his career, ranging from field trips to cultural events. His work has a strong approach to innovation where impact is a key factor e.g. mentoring entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds to improve their businesses, creating an ecosystem of discussions amongst students and locals for waste to wealth, and understanding the concepts of alienation and acceptance.
