Ms. Surya Singh

Ms. Surya Singh, in a career spanning over a decade, has worn several hats with spectacular results. She commenced her career in field of education & amp, Patents Law, Career Counselling, Image Management and Soft skills Training. She was also rated as one of Best Educator by EQFI (Education Quality Foundation of India) and has collaborated with various Schools and Colleges Pan India to provide training to help College Graduates in Career Readiness for successful entrance in the Workforce. She’s an Internationally Certified Global Career Counsellor (University of California Ext.)
National Accreditation Board of Education and Training (NABET), Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Certified Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant. Alongside her present role Surya also serves as the State President Uttarakhand, WICCI, Image Consulting Council.

Surya has over 13 years of variegated experience and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in School of Liberal Studies and Media, UPES, Dehradun. Apart from being associated with various universities Pan India, She has also been associated with Oberoi’s for training in areas of Communication and Customer Service Excellence. Surya has served Association of Image Consultant International (AICI), India Mumbai Chapter for over 3 yrs. and during her term, she served in leadership position, as VP EDUCATION where she played a crucial role in engaging the members. She also worked on the AICI Global project of Business Power Insights Series and coordinated with members from around the world speaking multiple languages and organized sessions smoothly. During her consulting and entrepreneurship journey she developed PAN India service capability as her Personal Brand Express4success with Surya Singh in areas of   Counselling, Aptitude Analysis, Image Management& Soft skills Training.

Surya’s research interests navigate through advanced educational psychology that covers wide array of topics like focus on understanding and improving teaching and learning processes. Her key area of interest lies in motivation and emotion in education. Motivation and emotion are fundamental components in the field of educational psychology, significantly influencing students' learning experiences and outcomes. She believes understanding how these elements interact hence providing valuable insights into enhancing educational practices.

Surya believes in Experiential learning, a teaching philosophy that emphasizes learning through direct experience, reflection, and application. It encourages students to engage actively with the material, fostering deeper understanding and retention. Incorporating experiential learning into her teaching philosophy involves creating opportunities for students to participate in hands-on activities, real-world problem-solving, and reflective practices.

Surya has taught a wide array of courses in Softskills and Image Management including workshops, webinars, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group programs, catering to individuals, corporate clients and academic settings. Surya believes in curating courses that focus on personal development, communication, and professional growth. Her courses often cover a broad range of topics aimed at improving individuals effectiveness in both personal and professional aspects which include Customer Service Excellence, Conflict Management, Stress Management, Effective Communication Skills, Negotiation and Influencing Skills, Time Management and Productivity, Building High Performance Teams and Emotional Intelligence ,General and Business Etiquette, Mindset and Self-Confidence Building to name a few.
