Nitin Mohan Arya

Nitin Mohan is a seasoned Communication and Soft Skills Trainer with extensive experience in both the corporate and education sectors. Known for his dynamic and engaging training style, he is committed to making learning an interesting and interactive experience. Nitin is a certified Design Thinking facilitator by D School, Stanford University, and holds multiple soft skills certifications, including:

• British Council Certified Soft Skills Trainer
• Hero Mindmine Certified Soft Skills Trainer
• Pearson Certified in Soft Skills

With a strong passion for continuous learning, Nitin believes that the best learners make the best trainers. His approach emphasizes creativity, innovation, and new teaching methodologies, ensuring that his sessions are impactful, engaging, and thought-provoking.

His mission is to empower individuals with effective communication skills and personal development strategies, enabling them to excel in their professional and personal lives.

Before joining UPES, he has worked with Galgotias University, Greater Noida as Lead Soft Skill Training and led a team of 25 trainers. His key responsibilities included conducting TTT, FDP, and MDP, Planning and executing induction programs for new entrants, Designing and implementing training strategies to enhance students' and professionals' skill sets.

Nitin worked as a corporate trainer with renowned organizations such as Hero Mindmine and Pearson, where he delivered high-impact training sessions to professionals, helping them develop essential soft skills and communication strategies for workplace success.

Nitin firmly believes in the quote by Colleen Barrett “Work is either fun or drudgery. It depends on your attitude. I like fun.”

His teaching style is activity-based learning. Activity based learning engages students with lots of different learning styles, benefitting visual, auditory and kinesthetics’ learners. Activity based learning, focuses on the student, rather than the teacher. It engages and gives student the tools to work things out for themselves.
