Dr. Pranay Prakash

Dr. Pranay Prakash has total experience of 8 years in academics, He has more than 10 Research Paper Publications in his name included in Scopus Indexed and UGC Care Listed Journal.

Before joining UPES, Dr. Pranay was teaching in Karnavati University, held of Position of Assistant Professor and handling teaching and Research there. He also worked for Galgotias University, Greater Noida as an Assistant Professor.

Dr. Pranay teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to succeed and thrive in a supportive, engaging, and challenging learning environment. I am committed to creating a classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

Dr. Pranay has taught various courses including Cyber law, International Trade Law and done an extensive Empirical Research in labour laws. Other courses include family laws, Contract law and other traditional subjects.
