Bhumika Ray

Bhumika Ray is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Sambalpur, India. She holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelors of Arts in Foundations of Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore under the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). Additionally, she also holds a Bachelors of Arts, Honors in Sociology from Indira Gandhi national Open University (IGNOU).  Her professional experience includes a position at Tata Trusts following her postgraduate studies.

Bhumika’s research interests span Future of Work, Gig Employment, Employer-Employee Relationship, Psychological Contract, and Well-Being.
